This Maria Tash single earring has sixteen 1.5mm diamonds around its outside surface, two short opal spikes and a longer center spike. The small and scintillating diamonds create a micro-pavé look, and compliment the opals. The 8mm inside diameter of this ring works well in first and second lobe piercings.
